Do I need a referral to see a podiatrist?

No, you do not require a referral to see our podiatrists.

We do accept referrals from your general practitioner via Medicare which may allow for subsidised podiatry care. We also accept referrals from Department of Veterans Affairs, NDIS and MyAgedCare. If you have any specific referral questions, please contact our clinic directly on 4757 4111

Can I use my private health insurance?

Yes! We have a Hicaps machine to process your private health care claim on the spot. Please bring your private health fund card with you.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Please bring any relevant referrals and reports if applicable (EPC/Medicare, DVA, NDIS, imaging reports etc). This can help our podiatrists with giving you the best care.

If you have any biomechanical or footwear related queries, please bring 1-2 pairs of shoes or orthotics that you mostly wear for assessment.

Yes, we do.

As your appointment time is reserved just for you, a missed or late appointment change takes up a time that could be filled by another patient on our waitlist.

We require 24 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

In the case of emergencies or illness, we ask for at least 4 hours’ notice of cancellation. Appointments that are cancelled with no notice or within 4 hours of an appointment will be considered a “no show” and a charge of up to 100% of the appointment fee may be applied.

However, if we are able to fill your appointment time, no fee will be charged.

The cancellation fee is payable at the time of your next appointment.
